How much is the shipping cost?
- We ship for free within the US! We offer expedited shipping within the US at an extra charge. For any specific inquiries, please reach out to us via email at jbjewelrycustomer@gmail.com.
How long does it take for the orders to be processed and shipped?
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) after successful payment and receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification from us with your shipment information once your order has been processed and shipped out.
How do I check the shipping status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you ship outside of United States?
- For international orders, we are currently shipping to Canada only. For all other countries outside the United States, please contact us with details. Thank you.
Do you offer a local pick-up?
- Unfortunately, we are not offering an option for a local pick-up at this time. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
